This month at Metropawlis:
Pretty soon it will be time to prepare for the holidays and consider gifts for those you love. We've been busy looking for dog and cat gifts that are different than you'll find elsewhere, and we hope you'll think of stopping by Metropawlis this season for gifts for your furry friends. This month we're holding a special event so you can get a VIP-only preview of what's in store this holiday season! We’ll be stocked with most of our holiday items, all of which will be discounted 25% during this event (excluding treats and bakery; in-store only). You won't see discounts on holiday items again until the week before Christmas, and who knows what will be available then? Judy from Three Amigos Dog Treats will be taking orders for her holiday baked goods. This is a great time to order holiday treats for everyone on your dog-loving gift list – friends, family, co-workers, etc. Prepay and we’ll package up your treats in our holiday wrapping, ready to go for pickup when you want them! The pre-holiday sales event evening kicks off our gift wrapping service for the holidays. We’ll wrap your gift for free and tips will be donated to the Wisconsin Humane Society. Let us do the work and help out a good cause as well! Finally, as an added incentive, food and beverages will be provided from 6 to 9 pm! The store will be closed to the public so we ask that you please RSVP by November 9 via email (petlover@metropawlis.com) or via phone (414-273-7387). Bring yourself and a friend or two – hope to see you at the store to kick off the season! Christmas in the WardMark your calendar now, before it fills up with holiday events: Christmas in the Ward takes place on Friday, November 30 and Saturday, December 1. The two-day event features a tree lighting ceremony, fireworks, musical performances, carriage rides, silent auction, live reindeer, cookie sale and in-store promotions. During event hours, shoppers will receive Frosty Five gift certificates for each purchase of $20.00 or more. The certificates can be used at any participating Third Ward retailer and must be redeemed before December 24th. Bring your pet into Metropawlis during the hours of 5 to 8 pm on Friday and noon to 3 pm on Saturday to receive a complimentary pet photo ornament keepsake! New Items Awaiting YouNow that the holidays are approaching, our store is filled with more new items than we've had since last holidays! We’ve been shopping and filling up our shelves with great new products for you and those on your gift list. Some of this month’s new items include:
