February 2006 This month at Metropawlis
We've been telling you about our move to the Third Ward for several months, and we're now in our final weeks on Brady Street. This move brings with it very mixed emotions: We're very excited about our new, larger space and the addition of fresh, baked-in-store pet treats, but we're sad to say goodbye to Brady. Our current location was a great place for us to start our business, and we cannot thank those in the neighborhood enough for their support and friendship. We hope that everyone will visit us in the Third Ward and will enjoy our new and improved boutique for your cats and dogs! Update on Metropawlis RelocationAs noted above, we'll be open to the public on Brady Street until Friday, February 24th. On Saturday, February 25th we'll be open only from 9 am to noon and only for VIPs with savings of 50% off the original prices of everything in the store. Our new location will be 317 North Broadway. Within two blocks are the new Milwaukee Public Market, the Riverwalk, boutiques and shops such as Lela, Metro Eye, Cranston Accents for Life, Blush, Broadway Paper, Freckle Face, New World Wine, and Private Gardner, and restaurants such as Harlequin Bakery, Coquette Cafe, Milwaukee Ale House, The Wicked Hop and Sauce. We'll also be just a couple blocks away from the Cat Doctor for those of you who live with a cat and a half mile from the 5th Ward Central Bark Daycare for you dog companions. Best of all, there are numerous parking spots, lots, and structures within blocks of our new location! Because construction is continuing on our new space in the Third Ward, we're not entirely certain when Metropawlis will re-open, but we hope to have our new doors open for business in the third week of March. Watch your e-mail, because we'll send you a message once we're open. We'll have some special re-opening savings and events for VIPs!
