This month's newsletter is packed with more VIP (Very Important Pet) savings than ever before! We're celebrating our Grand Reopening this month, and we'll have several unique events, a drawing for valuable pet prizes, special Grand Reopening savings, and more. We hope to see you in June! Metropawlis celebrating our Grand ReopeningWe have lots of news to share about the Grand Reopening celebration we'll be holding this month! Win a ride for you and your pet in the Metropawlis VIP limousine: On June 15th, Metropawlis is hosting a media-only event (closed to the public) after 7 pm. We're seeking some well-behaved pooches to make a big entrance via chauffeured limousine as part of the evening’s activities. We'll gather all participants at a spot near downtown, take a short limo ride to the store, and arrive to a red carpet reception at Metropawlis. Some lucky volunteers can have some fun and enjoy some savings! If you are interested and available the evening of June 15th:
If this sounds like your pet and you're interested, send an email to geri@metropawlis.com with your name and phone number along with the name of your dog. Due to space constraints in the limo, we only have a couple VIP spots available. Winners will be chosen from a random drawing on Wednesday, June 7th and will be notified on Thursday, June 8th. If you and your pooch are selected to be part of this event, you'll enjoy special savings of one-third off everything in the store on that evening. In-Store Yappy Hour on Friday, June 16th: Join us from 6 pm to 8 pm on Friday, June 16th for free refreshments for dogs and humans. This "Yappy Hour" will be a great chance to see the new and improved Metropawlis and enjoy some fresh-baked treats from Three Amigos Pet Bakery! Buddy Brunch and Pet Experts on Saturday, June 17th: On Saturday, June 17th, join us for a Buddy Brunch from 10 am to noon, featuring free coffee, donuts, and treats for the dogs provided by Three Amigos Pet Bakery. Throughout the day, local pet experts will be available to meet with guests:
Special Grand Reopening Prizes: Every guest who visits Metropawlis on June 16th or June 17th may enter a free drawing for the following prizes:
VIP Grand Reopening Discount: Metropawlis VIPs will receive $10 off any purchase of $20 or more on June 16th and 17th during our grand opening event. Please mention that you are a Metropawlis VIP so that we may extend the discount at checkout. This discount cannot be combined with other offers and is valid only on in-stock merchandise excluding fresh-baked treats. Take Your Dog to Work DayHonoring Take your Dog to Work Day on June 23rd is a great way to have fun and reward loyal pet-loving employees! If you or your employer are interested in promoting this event at your workplace, please contact Judy from Three Amigos at 803-7335 by Friday, June 9th for information about free treat packets. Or, make a bigger splash with canine cookie platters and cakes available for purchase. TYDTWDay is an event publicized by Pet Sitters International, and on their site you'll find downloadable "Action Packs" to assist employers, shelters, and pet sitters plan a successful canine-friendly day.
