Gallery Night (and Day) will happen this weekend: Friday, July 27th and Saturday, July 28th. We'll be open special hours, from 10 am to 9 pm on Friday and 9 am to 6 pm on Saturday. Stop by for refreshments for you and your pet on both days, and you can enter our drawing to receive a $25 gift card redeemable for anything in the store! Gallery Night features free parking in the Historic Third Ward parking structures. You can also ride the new Friday Gallery Night Xpress FREE! Metropawlis will be open until 9 pm on that Friday and Saturday and will be offering complimentary dog beer and treats for your dog. Stop in and ask for your 20% Summer Sizzle Discount on everything in the store (excluding food, treats and pet strollers). Anthropologie Coming to the Third Ward!Milwaukee's "fashion district," otherwise known as the Historic Third Ward, has landed its first national women's retailer. Anthropologie will open next door to Metropawlis this winter. Construction has started, and although the sidewalk is currently blocked off south of our store, Metropawlis is still open during our regular hours (Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm, Saturday 10 am to 6 pm, and Sunday 11 am to 5 pm). Other exciting changes are in the works in our neighborhood, with new lounge Soho 7 opening on Buffalo, Swig relocating to Broadway Street, and Tulip, the city's first Turkish restaurant, having recently opened about five blocks from our store! And parking nearby is plentiful! Here's a tip: Many folks stick to Water and Broadway Streets when seeking parking, but there's a lot more parking to be found just a block or two to the east, on Milwaukee and Jefferson Streets. There are also three lots and structures within a couple blocks:
